Over the years, I’ve held a lot of titles — pharmacist, professional athlete, actress, producer, speaker, wife, mother — but life has taught me that who you are matters far more than what you achieve.
The titles may tell you what I’ve done, but they won’t tell you who I am.
I’ve learned that the most meaningful parts of life rarely fit neatly on a résumé. These days, I care most about meaningful stories, honest conversations, good people, and creating work that helps others feel a little less alone.
